12/1/13 MAN ARRESTED 4 GIVING AWAY MONEY (seems unfair; they could at least give him a warning, or provide an alternative way for him to hand out money; but then ironically there is ONE THING that frightens some law enforcement MORE than anything: namely, Simple Acts of Kindness,Generosity,Charity,etc, unless you have a "permit" to do it. Isn't that strange & ironic?
